Gallonray House offers flexible and welcoming spaces, ideal for meetings, seminars, workshops, and corporate events of all sizes.

Our facilities include two versatile rooms, accommodating up to 200 guests in our larger function room and up to 50 guests in our smaller meeting space.

We provide a full-service catering menu, which can be tailored to suit your event — from tea and coffee refreshments to working lunches, hot meals, buffets, and light snacks. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the building to keep your day running smoothly.

Meeting rooms are available 7 days a week, including evenings, offering flexibility to suit your schedule. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, with dedicated disabled parking available on-site.

Equipment

A range of equipment is available to support your event, including an overhead projector, sound system, and flip charts. Please note that all equipment must be requested and booked in advance.
